TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. This contract – This contract comprises the Details overleaf and these Terms and Conditions. 2. When this Contract starts and ends This contract starts on the Acceptance Date and continues until you or we end it. For information about how this contract can end, see clause 3. We will do the work on the delivery date, or a later date as agreed by you and us. The estimated date of commence quoted overleaf is an estimate only of the delivery date. We'll do our best to meet that date, but we cannot always guarantee it.

3. Ending this Contract After you have signed, this contract can only be terminated: • Only if the order has not been processed. • By agreement between you and us; If the contract is not terminated in one of these ways, then the contract will continue until after we have performed all our obligations to you and you have paid 70% costs to us. 4. Our obligations We will supply the products and perform the work as specified in the details. We will comply with relevant legislation, codes, standards and specifications that the products and the work are required to comply with under law. 5. What you have to pay You must pay us the Costs. The Costs include: • Amounts for the Products, as shown in the Details overleaf. • Amounts for the work as shown in the details overleaf. • GST • Hire of scissor lift if required In some circumstances, you must also pay us the other amounts described below. • Any reasonable costs that we incur as a result of that breach

6. Acceptance of order • I order the goods as detailed on the quote/invoice • I understand these goods are custom-made to my specifications and cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. • The goods will be accepted by me and paid for supply or installation, or otherwise arranged. • I acknowledge that any alterations to this order must be in writing.

7. Shipping / Delivery & Production • I understand that shipping/ delivery and production times cannot always be on time, and sometimes there might be delays. Even though Southside Shutters and Blinds give a estimate time for delivery/ installation, Southside Shutters and Blind do not control the Ports, Truck Drivers or Factory production lines. • Safety is Southside Shutters and Blinds number one rule, if the weather is not permitting installation/ delivery you the customer understands the delay or change of date. 8. Removal of existing blinds • Conditions or order customer to remove existing blinds • $20 take down and disposal PER BLIND • $10 take down and disposal PER BLIND for Age Pensioners DISCOUNT 9. 1.2 Meter Rule • When standing anything closer than 1.2 meters from the eye example scuff marks, Paint (Not paint chips) the supplier, manufacture or Southside Shutters and Blinds are NOT responsible for replacing or fixing. 10. Deposit • Southside Shutters and Blinds do require 70% Deposit to process all orders, the remaining 30% has to be paid on the day of installation before installation commences. Customer responsibilities on the day of Check measure and Installation. • All animals must be restrained • Children are NOT the Installers responsibility, you the customer must keep all children a safe distance from the Installer, products, tools, Installers vehicle. • Children must not touch the Installers work tools. • All furniture MUST be moved prior to installation. • Please clean all windows prior to installation. • During hot days please keep in mind to turn your air conditioner or ceiling fans on for the Installer.
